These terms govern the use of the Aexion Synthesis website (aexionsynthesis.com) and the Aexion Synthesis analytics platform (app.aexionsynthesis.com) — a service that turns rocket engine test-stand telemetry into engineering analytics. By using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
Platform accounts are created by invitation, per test program — there is no self-service registration. You must keep your credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication where required by your role, and notify us promptly at if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Test data, telemetry, documents, and findings uploaded by your organisation remain the property of your organisation. We process them solely to provide the service: computing analytics, generating reports, and answering questions through the platform's AI assistant. Data of each organisation is isolated from every other organisation. We do not use your engineering data to provide services to third parties.
The platform is designed for commercially sensitive engineering data, some of which may be subject to export-control regimes. You are responsible for ensuring that uploading your data to the platform complies with the export-control and confidentiality obligations that apply to your organisation. Access is granted per program and marked "authorised access only".
You agree not to attempt to access data of other organisations, probe or circumvent security controls, resell access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The platform supports engineering analysis; it does not replace it. Analytics, anomaly classifications, and AI-assistant answers are decision support. Engineering decisions — including any decision affecting the safety of hardware, personnel, or test operations — remain the responsibility of your organisation's qualified specialists.
We work to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Service-level commitments, where agreed, are set out in the individual agreement with your organisation.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid by your organisation for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to organisation administrators in advance. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: .
