Aexion Synthesis ("we", "us") develops data analytics infrastructure for rocket engine hot fire testing. We are based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and operate the website aexionsynthesis.com and the analytics platform at app.aexionsynthesis.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V) and, for clients in the European Union, the principles of the GDPR.
Website contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page we receive your name, organisation, work email, inquiry type, an optional engine/program reference, and your message. Submitting the form is voluntary and constitutes your consent to this processing.
Platform accounts. Accounts are created per test program, by invitation. For each account we store your name, work email, organisation, and role, together with authentication records (login events, MFA enrolment status) needed to secure access.
Technical records. The platform keeps operational and audit logs (access times, actions performed) as part of its security model. Our corporate website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The platform uses only session cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in; we do not use cookies that require a consent banner.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Platform data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union. Operational logs are retained for 90 days and audit records for 365 days; contact-form inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Account records are kept while your organisation's agreement is active and removed on offboarding.
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Anthropic (the platform's AI assistant processes the content of your questions to generate answers), and our email provider. Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not share personal data with any other third parties unless required by law.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, and withdraw consent given earlier. Platform users may also ask their organisation's administrator to deactivate their account. To exercise any of these rights, write to — we respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the platform is restricted by role, protected by multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts, and isolated per organisation at the database level. Test data and engineering records are treated as restricted-access information.
